  1. Thanks Chris, I will keep that in mind when I need something. My jobs yesterday went great. I have learned a lot on this forum thus far. Tons of great info here.
  2. Thanks for all the help guys. I have two roof jobs scheduled tomorrow. I will back off the chemical and hit the bad spots again if any pop up. Will let you guys know how it turns out. Thanks, Chad
  3. I have done my roof and many family members as well as some customers. I must be using too much chemicals. I have been soaking it to say the least. I will back off the chemical application and see what happens next. So is 12.5% and the gain still the way to go. What I have cleaned turned out great but did have some run off. I have not killed any plants or bushes though. Kept them soaked the whole time.
  4. How do you know when you have enough chems on the roof to clean it? Apply from top to bottom or bottom to top? Is 12.5% and gain soap still the best roof mix to use? Is everyone bagging downspouts and tarping plants from runoff. New to this and have had a lot of runoff. Ground man has kept everything wet but still want to make sure I am doing this the way it is suppose to be done. Any help greatly appericated. Thanks, Chad
  5. Hello everyone, my Name is Chad Pierce from Rocky Mount, NC. I own and operate Chad's Pressure Washing, LLC. I have been in business for a little over 4 years now and have added roof stain removal to my arsenal this year. I purchased the fatboy bandit system from Bob at pressuretek and have been pleased with it so far. I have done about 10 roofs thus far and have may questions that I am searching for answers on. I will cruise the site and see what I can find out before posting. If there is anything else I need to do to get my membership up to forum standards just let me know and I will make it happen. Thanks for all the help and I look forward to learning how to use this site better.
