Stuck Up- roof wash formula

Recommended Posts

Has anyone used the product called "stuck up"? You mix this in your chemical tank and apply to a dirty tile roof. It reduces runoff by 80%, keeping all the chemical on the roof. This cleans the roof much better and also helps prevent landscape damage. Pressure Washers USA in Palm Beach, FL. makes this product themselves. I have been using it with great success and just wanted to share with other roof washers out there.

Never heard of "stuck up".  I use liquid gain or roof snot. Both work well. Just remember that anything that holds the solution on the roof will ALSO hold it on plants, so make sure you rinse well when done.

Thanks for sharing your experiences Joseph.

Like Gary said, if you are using ANY soap in with your roof cleaning mix, you had best rinse really really good, or plants with die.

Product looks good, but what makes it any better than other surfactants?

They all have their claims, and some will even "save your marriage".

Most of the inital research on Chlorine Stable Soaps (surfactants) was done here at the RCIA.

Most of these "new" roof cleaning surfactants contain Ammonyx Family surfactants, and the better ones are either Myristamine, or a mixture of the 2 surfactants.
