Advantage Roof Cleaning Report post Posted August 29, 2014 We received an inquiry from a stressed out homeowner. Her insurance adjuster just inspected her roof which was infected with algae, moss and lichen. The adjuster informed the owner that she had two weeks to remedy or replace the roof or else they would cancel her insurance policy. We successfully cleaned her roof and the adjuster came back out to inspect. He actually called me to express how surprised he was at how well the roof looked. As a result, the insurance policy will not be canceled. Furthermore he discussed it with his District Manager to see if I can give a presentation at their next district meeting. Roof cleaning not only saves the homeowners money but also saves the insurance company money.
