Roof Cleaning River Hills

Here is a roof cleaning we just did in the River Hills subdivision here in Valrico, Florida.

This roof is 16 years old, so it will be the last time it will be able to be cleaned, before it will have to be replaced. River Hills is a deed restricted community, and our customer got a clean your roof or else letter from the River Hills Homeowners Association. She  made a mistake several years ago, and allowed a Pressure Washer to be used to clean her roof! 

WE did the best job we could, but pressure washing a roof removes the granules from any shingle roof, and the granules are what determines the color of a roof. 

WE did manage to get her roof clean enough to get the River Hills HOA off her back, and bought her some time before she will be forced to come up with over 10 grand, for a brand new

 roof.

As always a great job.  I just did one in the Country Club in Orange Park because of a nasty gram from the customers HOA.  Gotta love em.
