Air system is more reliable, more flexible and can still fit within your budget range.1/2" poly pump, smaller HF Gas Comp (or used), 200' of 5/8 hose, water sep and a tank and you are off to make money. PM if you have any Q's on Air Systems and read all the sticky posts on building systems in the Members forum and the tank and system design sticky in the General forum.
