Advantage Roof Cleaning Report post Posted March 23, 2016 I just opened an account with Univar to receive SH in bulk. My very first shipment was so weak, you could take a bath in it. I looked at the test analysis (see attached) that came with it and it was made back in October 2015! I had jobs lined up that day and could not wait for a return, so we used it anyhow. We still got the job done but had to double up on the mix ratio. I did call Univar to complain. Has anyone else experienced this? Univar SH.pdf

I have had several occasions where they tried to sell me outdated chemicals and i pointed out their own company policy about shelf life of SH is approx. 30 days.Next time they ship look at the product label for manufacture date. It should read "CIO3698470" which translates to "cinn.ohio,3rd month,9th day, and the rest are shift # and other lot numbers,Etc. The ony #'s we care about are the first 5. 3 ROOF CLEANING OF MID-MO, Roof Cleaning Virginia and Roof Cleaning Cleveland reacted to this
SteadyStream Report post Posted March 25, 2016 Very interesting I've been in contact with a local rep for univar to get chemicals. Glad I know how to read the dates now thanks. I feel like the stuff I get at ice is weak every now and then.
Advantage Roof Cleaning Report post Posted March 31, 2016 With the following delivery, I checked the certificate of analysis and it was reasonably fresh. Be sure to check the paper work before the delivery truck transports the material to your tank / facility!
