  1. I'm starting out with soft washing only and plan on running a 12v system. I'd like to have the option to do siding, roofs and fencing. I can garage a 5x10 single axle trailer at my house, anything larger will have to be stored at my rental property under an awning but secured in the backyard. I'm wondering if I could get started with a smaller 5x10 trailer with a dry weight of 950lbs and a 3,000lb axle, which is also the max weight capacity. I imagine I could safely carry about 1,500lbs of equipment and that will keep the total weight about 500lbs below max load. I'll be towing with a 2003 Chevy Tahoe with a 5.3l V8. What would you do if you were in my situation? I see quite a few people in the business that are running out of a pickup truck so think a 5x10 would be enough but concerned about starting with too small a trailer and regretting it down the road.
