Depending on the price but Id stay away. You can get better machines for around 1500. It just really depends on your budget. The 1st machine we ever got was a 4GPM dewalt from craigslist and it worked great for the 400 we bought it for.

Metering valves . Yes or no
Curb Appeal Pros LLC replied to Mike Malyakas's topic in General Discussion
Yes they work but you can buy the cheap ones or the really high end ones. The high-end ones will last longer and they are very nice however you can buy the cheap ones and replace them 5 times for the cost of a nice one. Here is a link and these are the ones we use. https://amzn.to/2xN47Xb -

"We have a great option for you that we will have to come back every 2 years for, and charge you, as opposed to cleaning it once with an SH based solution that will keep it clean for 5-10 years!" LOL gimmick to say the least.
-
Haha trying to! We want to be able to clean anything someone throws at us. That's the hope at least lol

They are discharge hoses you can get them from any local hose supplier in any length you want.

Yup, it is going to be a beast! Almost done, just have the wiring to get done, add the roof and throw the ladders/surface cleaner on there and boom, done! Going to get the proportioner primed, so we will see how involved that is lol.

Exterior cleaning in Arizona
Curb Appeal Pros LLC replied to Tony Latonis's topic in Non Pressure Roof Cleaning Products
You're going to have to do some test spotting with different chemicals. That looks like runoff from the flashing on the 2nd pic. Which means you're probably looking at something that is not biological. On the first picture, I would try SH first as it looks like a shaded side that very well could have growth. But, for the most part, when we bid things like that, we take an arsenal of chemicals to test in small spots. F9 Barc and Efflo, One Restore, etc. Just our $.02. -

What units are you talking about? Booster pump unit, pressure washing units, etc? They have really nice products that are basically ready to roll when purchased or you can build yourself for cheaper. Depends on what you are looking for and your comfort level. -
I like it. Hits home for cedar shake owners, educates and gives them the information they need to make the right decision and go with you!
