Definitely should use at least a 30 percent mix if not 40 percent. That's probably why you have to recoat so often. Chris is also right on with the Gain. It definitely helps with the smell

Its hard getting pics when you first finish because the roof is still damp and it dioes t give the full effect of how clean it is. What surfactant are you using with your roof mix?

You did the right thing by telling the customer that it would go away in a couple days. Sometimes you have to take the good with the bad. Just keep pointing out to them how clean there roof is. Take there attention away from the smell.
