This customer contacted us because of all the ugly black stains on there roof that were getting worse year after year. After we informed them of what this algae does to the shingles and how it shortens the life of the roofing shingles, they wanted a price and the avalibilty of our service. Once the estimate was emailed the customer agreed to have there roof cleaned and with in a few days the roof cleaning was completed. The roof cleaning process uses a safe non-pressure application which means we do not use a pressure washer at all, because a pressure washer will cause damage to the roof and in some cases will may effect the warranty of the roof.
