Ultimate Roof Cleaning & Pressure Washing Report post Posted October 28, 2017 I like the high tops with the straps on them. The soles are cheap and replaceable. $15 for a new set. They Velcro on and off. The boots are what’s pricey. $125-$160 1 Apple Roof Cleaning (813) 655-8777 reacted to this

Sussex County Roof Cleaning Report post Posted November 12, 2017 I usually get the high top shoes from shoes for crews. One season and they're done. 1 Apple Roof Cleaning (813) 655-8777 reacted to this

No doubt, the covers are money well spent, plus they further add as far as safety goes; they keep the pads from getting wet while on the ground. Once wet, they don't provide nearly the same grip. Another plug for the Cougar Paws - they help to prevent damaging asphalt shingles while being walked on. We're sure to share this tidbit of information with our clients. For those not familiar with the product that Ultimate is referring to above, this pic will help. 1 Ultimate Roof Cleaning & Pressure Washing reacted to this
Justin Treu Report post Posted December 24, 2017 Anybody have a good website to order from?
Roof Cleaning Virginia Report post Posted December 24, 2017 I suggest you buy the first pair locally. ABC Supply carries them, and the replacement pads. I see there are two SBC Supply locations near you.

Atlas1 Report post Posted December 25, 2017 How well do they hold up to SH? I've been using Shoes For Crews boots and I like them, but they don't grip very well on older asphalt shingles.
Roof Cleaning Virginia Report post Posted December 27, 2017 Don't walk on SH coated roofs with them. It will cause the male (?) Velcro on the sole of the boot to fail, as it gets brittle with SH exposure like most plastics do. We're getting over a year out of the boots before the Velcro begins to fail. Keep in mind, we do LOTS of roofs though. 1 Atlas1 reacted to this

Most roofs here in Tampa do not require their use, so ours last awhile 1 Atlas1 reacted to this
