Depends on what you are doing. 1-3 % sh on the surface is where you wanna be at. 3% for stucco or brick and 1% for vinyl. Obviously you can always go hot with the mix, but you risk ruining plants and grass. We always use a hot mix cause it speeds up time spent on jobs. If you use an xjet, just use straight bleach and dont use any portioner. This seems to be the best approach. For concrete use a really hot mix before and after to prevent steaks.
