I agree to a certain point. Hose size and length of hose matters on how much flow and distance you will get. 20 CFM may be on the low side for a 1in pump however it's plenty enough power to use with a 1 in pump. For example 1 truck has a 20cfm air compressor and it shoots over 3 stories using our 1in pump  so saying you need over 20 CFM is not entirely true. He'll 60 CFM would be a beast however it's not needed or a must have. As far as a Santoprene pump giving you up to 30% more output I am going to have to disagree.  I am not sure how the difference In material would be less effective when it comes to flow or distance.  In front of me  I have 2 new ARO pumps 1 is Teflon and 1 is Santoprene and they are both rated at 53 GPM. I went over the data sheets and and I could not find 1 thing that suggest my Santoprene pump has more output power than my Teflon pump. I guess this is were it comes down to personal opinion but I just wanted to clear up this info for any new guys reading this that you don't need a 30 or 60 CFM compressor to run a 1 in pump or to have it do a good job. We clean 2 story houses with walkout basements all day with our 20cfm compressor and new pumps such as my ARO are a lot more efficient that a 10 to 20 year old pump..
Last thing as far as the GPM is equal to CFM rule.. if you contact any pump manufacture they will tell you 1 CFM is generally equal to 1 GPM but yes some factors come into play like nozzle size,  hose size, what pump you have but I can tell you that for our systems rinsing with our 1 in pump is by far superior than rinsing with our 10 GPM pressure washer..

Yeah we use 2 1in pumps 1 for applying chem and 1 for rinsing.. However you have to have a large air tank to rinse with a 1in pump. We could not rinse with out 20 cfm 10 gallon compressor because it ran out of air way to quick
  4. Curb Appeal Pros LLC added a post in a topic Eaton Air Compressor review 31 CFM

We talked to Eaton and they strongly recommend  not to stack compressors and in our experience 20 CFM seems to be plenty 30 is almost over kill. However  we rinse with a 1 in pump and if you stack even the Eaton even tho they say not to 20 gallons of air is not enough to rinse with you just run out of air to fast. We also own the wheel barrow compressor from them it's plenty to push a 1 in pump we shoot 4 story building so for the new guys I dont think they need to get caught up in large cfm compressors. Just our opinion. 20 CFM per Eaton and Aro says 1 CFM is equal give or take to 1 GPM so 20 GPM is plenty with a 20cfm compressor. Now you wont get 20 GPM due to nozzle restriction or hose size.

Hey Chris its like 700 LB heavy nothing 1 guys cant lift right? JK! We have another Eaton Compressor its a smaller one but anytime there is an issue they just send us the parts so Id imagine it would be that same. For example lets say the compressor cracks.. I would imagine they would just send us another compressor ( not motor or tank) Our old compressor we had a bad pressure regulator and they just mailed us a new one. We also had some ball valves so bad when draining 1 of the tanks and they just mail it.. They seem to have great customer service Ill let you know if we ever manage to break it!

Hey guys since I got over 30 request ill just list the info you need on here. Before you contact read this entire message and just don't jump to calling.
1st off you can design the shirts your self, go thru a designer, or the t shirt company will design it for you. DO NOT go through the t shirt company they are not the brightest crayon in the box. Also if you are a UAMCC member and you get the logo on their shirts you get a big discount I think its like 20% or so we are members and we put the logo on our shirt please see the back of the shirt for reference. We also paid the designer to create the design of the shirts and then he will send all the files to the t shirt company.
So who designed my shirts? KBK Graphx his name is Keith and this is his website. http://www.kbkdesign.com/  Let him know Don from Curb Appeal Pros sent you!
Who made my shirts? E3 http://e3sport.com/index.php   ( they are not on top of it so plan on a little back and forth with them) The website you go to custom shirts they have templates at the very bottom you can choose from and then you can tell them where you want the words and you can create you own design that way but its limited. There is another company called All About Promotions his name is Jim his website is http://www.promobiz.biz/ also let him know we sent you!
Jim at promo biz is on top of it with FANTASTIC customer service however with him you have to over a min of 10 shirts I think VS E3 you can order 1 or 100..
I hope this helps you guys if you have questions plz feel free to msg me or call I don't mind helping. ill do a review of the shirts on our youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZXhqD80UTr1iqHX9JhrP0w  so make sure you SUB and you can see when we post it. We also review a lot of products so check it out.
Thanks guys and keep on cleaning!

its 100% poly synthetic and they back it i 100% if it bleaches out they will make a new one so its like free insurance. Polo's are around 50 so are stand up collars.. T shirts are a little cheaper I think.

  13. Curb Appeal Pros LLC added a post in a topic Need someone to design your website? Here is who to call!

its very complicated. Building back links means it links more sites to your website so it builds your authority. This of it his was. Google use to want you to have a lot of backlinks because it would build up your site so the more backlinks = higher on google search. HOWEVER companies started building up fake websites and then you would have to pay for the back link so it would rank your site faster. With this being said the only thing google cares about is quality and revelent content coming up on there site. For example lets say you googled roof cleaning and the first 5 websites were about spiders and cats. That does not help the customer nor does it make google look good but it could happen if the companies paid for it and built it up that way. So now google is getting away from backlinks because people are cheating the system. Now to build SEO is by having QUALITY content such as new information, quality material like blogs and how fast your website is.. There are hundreds of factors but this is just to give you an idea. So if your paying some random company that called you a few hundred a month for backlinks its a waste of your money because when google 100% gets rid of backlinks your site is going to go to page 10 of google and your not going to understand why. Write blogs update your website, have long tail key words integrated into your site.
    Hope that helps/

NP if its for the flat part man get the rubber mat.. We use it, works AMAZING and its only like 200 bucks and you cant hurt the mat if you wanted to! Just an idea
  15. Curb Appeal Pros LLC added a post in a topic Herculiner bed coating

I called lineX a while back and they did say it stands up to 12%  bleach and would be covered by their warranty. However its really expensive and if it goes over wood it will chip you might be ok if its going in a truck bed if not just use a rubber mat
  16. Curb Appeal Pros LLC added a post in a topic Need someone to design your website? Here is who to call!

So our monthly SEO is 0!!!! that's right 0. This is because we are not buying back links and the SEO is built into the site. To keep it ranking high we do blog post and update it with pictures and things like that. So I would find out what your 400 a month is doing for you and maybe its not needed. As far as what the site cost. Its a lot cheaper that other places. I don't want to throw a number out there because it really depends on what you want to do. She can build off your current site and rewrite the content in a SEO format and it would be MUCH cheaper than building a site from scratch. Give her a call she can quote you a price!

no you have a 3/4 ball valve hooked up to your chem hose.. THEN on the other side you would have say a 3/4 2in nipple. Then you need to reduce that down to 1/4 so you can put on your 1/4 quick connect for your banger nozzles.

Hey guys so we just re mastered our new website http://www.lowpressurewash.com. First off its a word press site. We made one from godaddy.com using website builder. For starters the website builder from godaddy is really user friendly and fast however it sucks for several reason. The website builder is no a word press site what does that mean? It means you cant integrate blogs this may not seem like a huge issue however having recent and updated blogs on your website help your SEO ranking. The 2nd major issue with website builder is that its limited to how custom you can get it. There are a ton of other reason but these are the 2 main things I did not like about it. Something else to keep in mind with SEO it that its always changing and google wants the most quality content out there not " black hat SEO tricks" to show up because then they are not adding any value to their customers. SEO is very confusing and you really need to hire someone to do it for you. I thought I knew all that I needed from 1 audio book and maybe 20 hours of research, man was I wrong. After meeting with Debbie I found out that we were  doing some of the biggest Google and SEO mistakes. One of the mistakes I made ( which I thought was great and so cleaver later I found out it was a big mistake.) On my main page I typed in like 50 keywords and then I highlighted the text and made it the same color as my website background so it did not look stupid on my website" Most of you are thinking man what a great idea I never thought of that or that's a great way to fit a lot of keywords on your website without looking tacky. Anyways that's a big mistake and google will punish your website for doing that because 1 for  key word stuffing and 2 your being misleading. My point is just because it makes sense to you does not mean google will agree.
So my new website it amazing and I thought my old site I made was great but I was wrong. Check out our site http://www.lowpressurewash.com and see what you think. She made our site really fast and the best thing is I did not do anything. I told Debbie I wanted a modern slick looking website that had good information on it. A few reasons to hire a pro and Debbie. For starters she looks out for small business so its a lot more affordable than hiring the companies that call you 100 times a day telling you how they are going to get you on the 1st page of google. 2nd shes really fast and can get results on your webpage, she will keep you in the loop for the whole process allowing you to put in your input. I mean she even took our website photos if that's not customer service I don't know what is. She also made our website SEO friendly and now we are getting found a lot more on google due to how she build in SEO to our website. ( a lot of companies will just get you a lot of back links which does not help you in the long run and google is getting away from that slowly) So if you need a website and you want to get found on google and by customers then call Debbie. She already knows our industry and has done her research on what us roof and exterior cleaners need.

    Cost VS Reward
The cost depends on what you want. Some sites are going to be more than others, but how crazy do you want to get? When you need a service done or you want to buy something where do you go? Most of us go to google or good ole craigslist to find or buy a local item or service. Now if your not being found on google how much money are you losing? Without breaking the bank you can get a new website be found on google and start generating income long term. I know upfront cost are scary when you don't get results next day but I just got a call from someone finding us on google and its a $1900.00 concrete cleaning job and I would have never of got it without being found on google. My point is you need to stand out from Joe Blow with a pressure washer, pump sprayer and a pick up truck. Spend the money, look professional, and offer a quality service and you will make money! So What are you waiting for?

I used a spray gun at first.. Its easier to hold and use but they are only 1/2 so you restrict flow and when they break its expensive I think the guns are 30 bucks each plus the pvc parts you have to buy. We use a 3/4 ball valve and you get WAY more flow than you do out of the gun. So we use the ball valve you do have to use 2 hands but how much flow you get out of it is worth it if you ask me. We use a banjo 3/4 ball with a 2 in pvc nipple then we reduce it down to 1/4 to fit out banger nozzles..
  22. Curb Appeal Pros LLC added a post in a topic Video ( things you need for a rig)

I can look at it.. I dont know much about rebuilding them. I did take it to the local pump shop they said the pump is so old they dont even know if they can find replacement parts for it.. So I am not sure.. I have 3 brand new pumps now so I am good but it sucks the last one did not even last 1 year
  23. Curb Appeal Pros LLC added a post in a topic Video ( things you need for a rig)

Its leaking on the bottom of the center when the metal body meets the knyar  body on both sides..
  24. Curb Appeal Pros LLC added a post in a topic Video ( things you need for a rig)

Both lines draw I made sure before I bought  so we can run the air compressor and the power washer off it.. As far as the husky pump it worked great for the 1st 6 months then started to leak just a little bit and now it leaks so bad I cut even run the pump. So now I have to rebuild it and use it as a back up I guess.
