Now that I think about it, I believe Menards has them in 100' lengths. I believe...
  5. Joe Walters Insurance

We use Joe Walters as well!
  6. Is this a "Chlorine Stable" Surfactant?

Definitely, do not use this as a surfactant. It has butyl and you don't want to be slinging it on roofs or siding. But it REALLY is AWESOME for gutters, degreasing, etc.
  7. Stone Roof

In for replies. That’s a new one for us.
  8. Roof-A-Cide

"We have a great option for you that we will have to come back every 2 years for, and charge you, as opposed to cleaning it once with an SH based solution that will keep it clean for 5-10 years!" LOL gimmick to say the least.
  9. our new build

  13. our new build

Yup, it is going to be a beast! Almost done, just have the wiring to get done, add the roof and throw the ladders/surface cleaner on there and boom, done! Going to get the proportioner primed, so we will see how involved that is lol.

  17. Exterior cleaning in Arizona

You're going to have to do some test spotting with different chemicals. That looks like runoff from the flashing on the 2nd pic. Which means you're probably looking at something that is not biological. On the first picture, I would try SH first as it looks like a shaded side that very well could have growth. But, for the most part, when we bid things like that, we take an arsenal of chemicals to test in small spots. F9 Barc and Efflo, One Restore, etc. Just our $.02.
  18. Stallion soft wa

What units are you talking about? Booster pump unit, pressure washing units, etc? They have really nice products that are basically ready to roll when purchased or you can build yourself for cheaper. Depends on what you are looking for and your comfort level.
  19. Cedar Shake Roof Cleaning in Naperville Illinois

I like it. Hits home for cedar shake owners, educates and gives them the information they need to make the right decision and go with you!
  20. our new build

  22. Slo Mo Softwash Surfactant is the BEST!
