I think this subject will get a few different answers. But I had 40 gallons left over from last November and I used it on my 1st roof cleaning this year. It was weak and the temps were cold but it worked. I boosted it with some new SH to speed up the roof cleaning and make sure I did not need to come back for touch ups. My tanka are not exposed to the sun

Gene Just run what you have built it will work for now. Over time you will see things you want to change. Keep a log of all the changes you want to make and order the parts ahead of time so when you have a down day you can make the changes quickly. We all learned from our mistakes and I'm no different, and I made a lot of changes over the years and they all came from the failures in the field. Get the build done and get out and make some money. All of those points are great. We don't have to handle raw SH as we use a drop stick to get chem onto our mix tank and get SH into our Chen tank. We transfer chem with the pump. But all are good suggestions and SH can be dangerous

I have an Apache and it runs great.

The accumulator only helps the pump when down sizing the nozzels. I don't believe the accumulator effects the distance. I have Fatboy with accumulator and never had a problem with distance. I run 1" supply on both sides of the pump and 1/2" kuri TEK on the hose reel and I get 30-35 ft .
